After years of being a trainer & working with athletes. I decided to put my skills to use to help people feel better. So I became a Massage Therapist to help people live pain free lives. I specialise in touching lives in a positive way.

I spent most of my life involved in the martial arts first as a competitor. Then later as a coach,trainer, and teacher. I have also been a certified personal trainer. I have worked in a Physical Therapy Department right along side therapists helping them rehab thier patients. I have a college level understanding of Anatomy & Physiology along with Kinesiology. I am attending school for a degree in Physical Therapy. I feel that my background has prepared me to exceed your expectaions.
